Exciting news awaits โ€“ the OCL Student Collective is calling for nominations for the upcoming 2023-24 term. ๐Ÿš€ This gathering of the OCL Student Collective provides a platform for students to share innovative ideas on how we could proactively advance change to advance the Rossier’s mission. Throughout the 2022-2023 academic year, this remarkable collective provided invaluable guidance to the OCL Governance.ย Driven by the call for enhanced student representation in Rossier’s decision-making processes, the OCL Student Collective promotes Racial Equity and Disrupt Anti-Blackness causes.

The OCL Student Collective stands as a beacon for change, working closely alongside the OCL Faculty Governance Committee to champion racial equity and challenge anti-Blackness within OCL. Our focus extends to shaping pedagogy and enhancing student experiences throughout the program.

If you’re a current OCL student, we invite you to seize the opportunity and nominate yourself (or someone else) for a coveted spot on the OCL Student Collective. For the 2023โ€“2024 academic year, three (3) member positions are open, and two (2) officer positions are open for Vice President and Treasurer/Secretary. The tenure for these roles is set to commence in October 2023, and continue through May 2024. Please refer to the attached document for comprehensive insights into the position, encompassing responsibilities and qualifications.
