Annual ASU GSV Scholarship Opportunity

Dear OCL Students,

Each year, USC hosts a program for graduate students at ASU GSV – the largest gathering of education innovators (https://www.asugsvsummit.com/).  The program brings together students from Harvard, Stanford, Penn, and of course USC.  Each year, we are able (through a donor) to offer some limited scholarships. We will have very few that cover registration and hotel, and several more that just cover registration (which is $3,850). If you work in K12, higher education or corporate training, this conference could be very interesting.

If you are interested in applying, please send a 1-page essay explaining why you want to attend and how attendance fits in either with your professional and/or academic work. Send emails to Doug Lynch (douglael@usc.edu) by October  21.  Preference will be given to students who are farther in the program (as this is offered yearly). A group of faculty will then review the essays and let you know if they are able to offer a scholarship.  In the email that submits the essay please note your cohort # and whether you are interested in the full scholarship or just the waived registration.
