Our goal is to better communicate who USC Rossier students are and why you are passionate about a career in education.\u00a0 In the three-day workshop, you will be assisted in writing, narrating and editing a short, first person video. We post the videos on our website, share them in our enewsletters, with other students and friends of the School. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pu0KxRYYbUY&amp;t=3s\">HERE<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Rw20D28zEQc&amp;t=5s\">HERE<\/a>\u00a0are two examples of stories that came out of past workshops.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This year the workshop will be held from 9-5pm <strong>Tuesday August 14<sup>th<\/sup> through Thursday August 16<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong> at Waite Phillips Hall.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The workshop is free to you, but there is only space for a small number of students.\u00a0 If you would like to participate, please write a short paragraph about why you are pursuing your degree, what you hope to accomplish in your career, and why you think the workshop would be valuable.\u00a0 Put Digital Storytelling in the subject line and email it to <a href=\"mailto:carlawohl@rossier.usc.edu\">carlawohl@rossier.usc.edu<\/a> by May 31<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Students, Once again, this year we are partnering with\u00a0StoryCenter\u00a0to hold a free digital storytelling workshop for students.
