\nDornsife Career Pathways works to align students\u2019 academic interests with individual career and professional pathways through exploration and engagement in curricular and co-curricular opportunities. We work in collaboration with academic advisors, career counselors, faculty, and alumni to provide a network of resources to address students\u2019 professional aspirations. USC Dornsife Career Pathways is looking to hire a Graduate student worker to work with a small team and serve as a Graduate Assistant to:
\n\u2022 Manage, update, and create Website pages and content
\n\u2022 Develop, organize, and distribute bi-monthly newsletter content
\n\u2022 Create social media posts and promotional material
\n\u2022 Update and implement a social media campaign based on different department categories; scaffold and create themes\/ content for categories
\n\u2022 Support staff with remote and\/or in-person workshops, events, and programs
\nQualifications
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree required
\n\u2022 Enrollment in Graduate\/Professional school Master\u2019s program in higher education, student affairs, career services, academic advising, educational counseling, counseling, applied psychology, counseling psychology, communication, marketing, or related field
\n\u2022 Proficient with social, print, and digital media
\n\u2022 Knowledgeable of computer\/media software like CMS, Canva, MyEmma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Publisher
\n\u2022 Ability to work well independently, remotely, and in team-setting
\n\u2022 Values trust, creativity, collaboration, performance, service, and education
\nStart Date: Academic Year, August 23 \u2013 May 6, 2021 (Start date is negotiable)
\nWork Hours: 15-20hrs. per week, M-F, 9am \u2013 5pm
\nCompensation: Hourly, $15.50
